This little astronaut — introduced and photographed by visual poet Mauco Sosa — crosses familiar things. Where does he go? What exactly does he learn about himself while trapped in a sack of smoke filters? What magic does he see in the day-to-day objects we take for granted? What exactly does this space explorer instruct us about ourselves?
None of those pictures was photoshopped, according to Mauco Sosa. Instead, they had been cleaned up using the editing software built into the smartphone that the photos were taken on. Find one interpretation of this astronaut‘s courageous journey in the images below.
