Sunday is both Easter and April Fools Day (this also serves as your reminder not to believe anything you see on the internet this weekend). So before you plan your weekend shopping, be sure to check that stores will be open. We’ve rounded up a short list of national retailers that are closed for the holiday.
Yes, you’ll have to bulk up some other time. Costco observes the Easter holiday.

You’ll have to save another day—JC Penney stores are closed for Easter Sunday.
Your global decor needs are just going to have to wait until Monday, since all Pier 1 stores are closed on Easter.
If you need to make a Target run, do it on Saturday. Even the bullseye is closed for Easter—though discounted Easter candy (the best day of the year) starts Monday, April 2.
