I’ll often do this thing where I become fascinated with a burgeoning field of work — let’s say content strategy. I promptly get a job in the said field, and then quickly realize, despite my enthusiasm, I don’t know as much as I think I do. (Please, tell me this is normal.) True to form, after seven years of comfortably working on marketing teams at startups, I joined Envoy’s design team as a content strategist.
