Nani Prina is an Italian architect and industrial and graphic designer. He was born and professionally active in Milan. He studied at the Politecnico di Milano.

Professional Career

He began his professional career in industrial design in 1968. Prina’s writing and publishing activities were extensive. He researched plastics, Prina’s first work was the 1968 one-piece bed produced by Moltani, Giussano. His clients in Italy included Sormani, Cassina, FEG, Aba Design, Roller, Bazzani, and Cazzaniga. Prina was a member of ADI (Associazione per il Disegno Industriale).

His work was shown in the 1972 ‘Design a Plasticke Hmoty’ exhibition at the Umeleckoprumyslove Muzeum in Prague.
