Khaite had its fall 2023 fashion show in SoHo, where models weaved in and out of industrial metal sculptures that looked like Richard Serra made them. Griffin Frazen designed the flagship to make a place where his wife’s sense of style would not be affected by its surroundings. He used industrial materials that hardened into solid blocks and covered the walls with plaster from troweled cement mixed with poured concrete. The design was praised right away. Several articles in the fashion press and an Instagram post from Keith McNally gushed about it.
