Mauboussin Jewellery Company - Design Profile

Mauboussin is a jewellery company rooted in France. Established in 1827 in Paris, it started on Rue Grenata, where its main focus was crafting jewellery. By 1903, the company saw a change in leadership when M.B. Noury, Georges Maubossin’s nephew, took over. Georges had been leading the company since 1877. Then, in 1923, the leadership baton was passed to Maubossin, marking the moment when the company adopted the Maubossin name. During its expansion phase, Maubossin acquired two houses next to each other at the intersection of Rue Saint-Augustin, Rue de Choiseul, and Rue Monsigny in Paris, making 3 Rue de Choiseul its new landmark.
