    • You affirm that the content you are submitting is your original work and does not infringe upon any third party’s copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
    • Plagiarized or duplicate content will not be accepted, and any violations may result in the rejection of your submission.
  2. Editorial Rights
    • Encyclopedia.Design reserves the right to edit your submission for clarity, style, punctuation, and grammar to ensure it aligns with the platform’s editorial standards.
    • We may also make structural edits to improve readability or adjust formatting to fit the overall design and tone of the site.
  3. Content Modifications
    • We may modify or adapt your content as necessary, including but not limited to:
      • Adjusting titles, headings, or subheadings.
      • Reformatting text or visuals for consistency with site aesthetics.
      • Adding hyperlinks or references to related articles on Encyclopedia.Design.
    • Significant changes to the content’s message or tone will be communicated to you before publication.
  4. Attribution
    • You will be credited as the author of your submission. Please ensure your name and additional bio information are accurate when submitting your article.
  5. Approval and Publication
    • All submissions are subject to editorial review. Acceptance of your submission does not guarantee immediate publication.
    • Submissions deemed unsuitable for the platform may be rejected without prior notice.
  6. Copyright and Licensing
    • By submitting your content, you grant Encyclopedia.Design a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, display, distribute, and promote your work.
    • You retain ownership of your content but agree not to republish the same piece elsewhere without prior notice to Encyclopedia.Design.
  7. Liability
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Encyclopedia.Design and its editorial team from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your submitted content.
  8. Withdrawal of Content
    • If you wish to withdraw your content after submission, please contact the editorial team. Withdrawals after publication will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
