LL2 Lounge Chair
Using a tablet to read a book, watch a movie, or listen to music is becoming increasingly popular.
No furniture is specifically designed for this, so users must adapt to non-contemporary furniture typologies.
Incorporating a footrest to raise the knees on which the tablet is often propped, as well as a curve against the user’s arms, the LL2 Lounge Chair addresses these needs subtly. Inspired by automotive upholstery (the Lamborghini Miura seats were one reference). The piece sits comfortably in any interior environment. The adjustable headrest conceals rechargeable Bluetooth speakers that pair with the tablet to enjoy music and movies in high fidelity.
The LL2 Lounge chair was shown at the 2011 ICFF in New York by New York Magazine and Audi.
