Colour Blue has always been my favourite colour. I am in good company as blue is among the most well-liked colours. It is the least gender-specific, having equal appeal to all. Blue can affect us physically. It calms and sedates, cools and aids intuition.

Blue, the colour of the sky and the ocean, is often perceived as a constant in our lives. Research indicates that blue can reduce pulse and respiratory rates and temporarily lower blood pressure. Blue is viewed as trustworthy, dependable, and committed. In many cultures, blue is associated with religious beliefs, peace, and the belief that it keeps evil spirits away.
