Krizia is an Italian fashion design company based in Milan. Their clothes often have fruit-themed prints to give them a fantasy feel. The company was started in 1954 by its designer, Mariucca Mandelli, and her husband, Aldo Pinto, who ran the business. Mandelli and her friend Flora Dolci first made skirts. As the company grew, an exhibition was held in 1957. The name Krizia came from a dialogue by Plato. As a consultant to the company for a while, Karl Lagerfeld helped it develop its many different styles. Kriziamaglia is a company that makes knitwear. It uses bright colours and new techniques to create designs that are popular worldwide and are often casual, witty, and even funny.

In 2014, Krizia was acquired by Marisfrolg Fashion Co. Ltd, whose President and Creative Director is Ms Zhu ChongYun. In 2020, K Krizia, a contemporary line aimed at a younger target, was born next to the first line.
