Although Christian Theile is primarily involved in neurobiology, he was captivated by the realm of photography, particularly landscapes and macro photography. However, his passion and talent for capturing architectural elements become evident in his staircase photos. From various vantage points above and below, Theile skillfully composes his images to highlight the graceful swirls, lines, and curves found in these commonly overlooked structures.
