Born in 1977 in Aichi, Japan, Sakura Adachi embarked on a remarkable journey that would establish her as a distinguished designer. She pursued her passion for design by earning a degree in Industrial and Craft Design from Musashino Art University in Tokyo. In 2004, Adachi relocated to Milan, Italy, a city renowned for its rich design culture. It was here that she began collaborating with esteemed design studios, including Atelier Bellini and Studio & Partners. Copenhagen International Furniture Fair: A Turning Point
Adachi’s talent garnered significant attention in 2005 when she participated in the Copenhagen International Furniture Fair. At the fair, she proudly presented her graduation project, the impressive bookcase named “CAVE,” along with two chairs.
